Originally from Sydney, Siobhan has never been able to part from her love for the ocean and good hospitality.
Her passion for all things food, wine and service led her to the Superyacht Industry in Monaco where as a chief Stewardess, she was trained in 7-star service and travelled the mediterranean and Caribbean putting her skills to good use.
Her extensive career in hospitality, specialising in high-end luxury service, makes her the perfect addition to your stay in Byron Bay.
